Shipping Methods

UPS Express (Recommended)

• Fully tracked & insured

• Faster customs processing with expedited brokerage

• Highly reliable – We’ve never lost an express package

• Automatically includes extra insurance where needed

• Recommended for all international shipments

• Standard for orders above EUR 200

  
  If the destination address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us by UPS.

Dutch Postal Service (Budget Option – Not Recommended)

• No tracking, no proof of delivery

• No customs brokerage, which can lead to customs delays of 4–6 weeks

• Low cost, but use at your own risk

• Delivery success rate: ~95%, typically within 1–2 weeks

• Available only for orders under EUR 200

• Lost or undelivered parcels (though rare) cannot be traced or recovered
